TRUC owner, Kris Mollohan, began her nursing career in 1983
as an LPN. In 1987, she graduated from Northwest Alabama
State Junior College in Phil Campbell with her RN.
Kris earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado Technical University where she graduated summa cum laude in 2011.
Two years later, Kris graduated from the University of Alabama, Huntsville with her master's in nursing and a post-master's certificate in nursing education. For the past 10 years, she has been certified as a DOT medical examiner.
She is a former flight nurse for Air Evac Lifeteam and has several years of ER experience. She earned her Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) credential in 2004.
Kris hails from East Hartford, Connecticut and has lived in several states across the US. Kris enjoys raising her Great Danes, Dixie, Trixie, and Sunni, canning, baking, and taking long walks.
She and her husband, Dr. Ernie Mollohan, have a combined total of nine children and 12 grandchildren and reside on a small farm in Tuscumbia.
TRUC co-owner, Ernest Mollohan, started his career in 1983 when he graduated from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He completed his residency program in the medical and surgical management of foot and ankle disorders. Ernest spent the next 4 years in private practice in Spokane, WA.
In 1987, Ernest joined the U.S. Army Medical Corps and was stationed at Madigan Army Medical Center in Takoma, WA. In 1993, he received his Doctor of Osteopathy from Kirksville College of Osteopathy Medicine. He worked as an emergency physician from 1998 to 2015, when he entered private practice with his wife, Kris.
Ernest, a retired U.S. Marine and former POW, served in the military during the Vietnam War.
Candice “Cookie” James has been the bright smile at the front desk for 6 years. She is a 2003 graduate of Muscle Shoals High School and the proud mother of 3 wonderful children. Cookie enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and beloved Goldendoodle, Kodak.
Cookie loves to fish, hang out at the beach, and attend church. This die-hard Deshler Tigers fan loves her job and the patients at TRUC and takes great pride in her work.
RoseAnn Landers Montgomery is a 2001 Central graduate. She holds an academic diploma and began her career in the medical field just after graduation.
She has been married to Tim for 16 years and has a 23-year-old son and a 5-year-old granddaughter. In her spare time, RoseAnn loves to spend time with her family, friends, and church family.
RoseAnn enjoys her two side gigs: Scentsy Independent Consultant and Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant. She also enjoys swimming and spending time at the beach or in the mountains.
Cameron McGinnis is a Medical Assistant at TRUC. She grew up in Delaware and after graduating high school with her CNA, she moved to Florida, Texas, and Georgia. During this time, she obtained her Associate of Science degree and a medical assistant certification.
Prior to coming to TRUC, Cameron worked for orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. She gained experience in a Spine and Pain facility and Urgent Care. Cameron works from her heart and has always wanted to help others.
In her personal time, Cameron enjoys spending time with her family, her yellow lab named Daisey, and her friends. She also loves to travel, get her nails done, and shop. Her motto is, "Always stay humble and kind.”
